SHIPPING POLICY
The current processing time is 2-5 business days. We will work on shipping your order as soon as we can. There may be a small processing fee included in the final pricing at check out. This may vary upon busy seasons. During busy seasons or restock/re launch the processing times may vary from 7-12+ business days.
Carriers times may vary with shipping/delivery as well.

These errors that need to be corrected/ edited/updated must be completed in a timely manner before shipping and processing. MISSING PACKAGES/DELAYED:

We © Step Into Delirium LLC are not responsible for a package that has been shown delivered by the delivery company but is missing to you. Package/Mail theft is becoming more and more prevalent and it is not the responsibility of © Step Into Delirium LLC or the carrier company to replace or reimburse for any missing packages. If you believe that your package is legitimately missing via the delivery company, please contact the delivery company as they are best equipped to locate your package.
It is advised for the customer to be home the day that the package says it will be delivered and also getting a camera will help with this as well. Again, we © Step Into Delirium LLC are not liable for shipping issues once dropped off or delivery issues or missing packages from the carrier or delivered packages that show up missing.
It is the customers responsibility to receive package once shown delivered.If you selected a specific shipping time during checkout, we © Step Into Delirium LLC are not liable for the carriers backups, reroutes, any weather delay issues. Please visit the carriers website or contact them about packages being late or delayed. We © Step Into Delirium LLC are not liable once dropped off at the carrier.
