Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our products can become compromised once sold and shipped causing contamination issues and sanitary issues. So we cannot accept anything that has been sold. If there is anything wrong or concerning with the products or package, once the package is received and products are used, please contact us and we will try to make it right.

No refunds will be given due to personal dislike of scent, texture, or design. Please know that every nose and scent preference is different and scents may be perceived differently from person to person. We try our best to describe the scents in as much detail as possible based upon the fragrances and essential oils that are used. Since our products are handmade, design, color textures and scent strength will vary slightly.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there are any issues, please send us an accurate email with photos and description of damage or concerns and also the accurate order number shipping info so we can review and and process possible approval. You must contact us within 24 hours of the package being delivered.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received/approved any possible issues reported. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
