You can definitely change the liquid with 70% isopropyl alcohol when the liquid gets darker, cloudier or the specimen starts flaking too much. This happens because dead animals cannot be fully\/ perfectly preserved they will still decay, it is just a slower process.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou definitely don't have to change the fluid if you prefer but if you prefer it to be clear, you can change it every so often. I recommend that you find someone that is familiar with doing this instead of attempting it yourself.
